Kay Henningson Is Home & Doing Better

Kay has been released and is home and doing a lot better. She is able to get around the house in a wheelchair. She was able to make it to Sacrament Meeting on Sunday. It was so good to see her smiling face there. We are glad to have her home and pray for continued blessings in her recovery.

Kay Henningson Is Doing Better
Sister Kay Henningson has been in the hospital for a very long time. We have been praying for her and her family and hoping for her recovery. She spent many weeks in Intensive Care at the University Hospital, in Salt Lake City. She has endured several surgeries and received priesthood blessings.
We are pleased to report that Kay is improving. She has been transferred to a rehabilitation center in Utah County, we she will hopefully regain her strength.
We appreciate all the prayers, visits, and acts of kindness shown to Kay and her family.

Kayla Barclay’s Adventures

We have all enjoyed sharing in Kayla Barclay’s reign as Miss Utah. She and her family have been very busy with the commitments and events that accompany this honor.

We are all proud of Kayla and the way she is representing her family, her ward, and the Church. She always stands up for her convictions and beliefs, and shares her testimony whenever she has the opportunity.

Kayla, we support you in all you do and who you are, and are honored to have you as part of the sisterhood of the Manti 8th Ward Relief Society .

Goodbye To Dear Friends
We are sad to say goodbye to Anna and Gene Mott, and Wayne and Virginia Beach. Anna and Gene are moving to Florida, and Wayne and Virginia are moving to Missouri. We will miss them. They have contributed much to our ward. They take a part of our hearts with them. We hope they will always remember the love from the Manti 8th Ward.
